Job Title: Sales and Branch Manager with B2B Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Branch Manager with a strong background in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead and motivate a team of 4-6 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets. Matric qualification required.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers, is essential. Preference will be given to candidates from the electronic or fire protection or security technology or ICT industry.
Requirements:
  • Strong B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the electronic B2B space.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to provide technical support to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
