Job Title: B2B Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through added value technical support, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-6 sales people and 2 support technicians to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the electronic B2B space
  • Provide technical product and solution support to customers and sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
  • Experience in the electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers
  • Affinity for technical products and solutions
  • Experience in Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, or ICT Distributors
  • Preference given to candidates from the electronic, fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry
