Job Title: Sales Manager with B2B Experience
Job Summary:
Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with B2B experience to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, technical support, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Provide technical support and solution to customers to drive sales
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve KPIs and targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
- Experience in electronic B2B space selling to multiple dealers/resellers
- Affinity for technical products and solutions
- Experience in Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, or ICT Distributors
- Preference will be given to candidates from the electronic, fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry
