Main Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the Senior Manager, including correspondence, document management, and meeting organization.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, preparing reports and analyses as required.
- Develop and maintain a document management system, ensuring that all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the unit, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare facilities for scheduled meetings, events, and arrange refreshments as required.
Requirements
- A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or in a similar environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is an added advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A certificate in a related functional discipline will be beneficial, but not necessary.
