People Partnerships Executive

Tiger Brands is a leading FMCG company in Africa, and we are looking for a highly skilled People Partnerships Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with People Managers to design and deliver people-related programs and projects
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and processes
You will also be responsible for coordinating employee engagement activities, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs, and maintaining data integrity and org structures in line with standards/budgeted headcount.
