Executive Position

The Legends Agency is looking for an accomplished Call Centre Management Executive to oversee the strategic direction of our call centre operations. This role involves developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of call centre experience, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Estimated Salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum.
