  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, positioning us as a preferred service provider and expert.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish and enforce procedures to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Contingency Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain business contingency plans.
  • Cost Control: Ensure effective cost control measures are in place to maintain profitability.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of exceptional service across all operations.
  • Budget Management: Manage our division's budget, implementing cost controls and driving profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Improve staff performance measurement and management, identifying and addressing development needs through targeted training plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and ethical standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Periodically review and analyze services and ISO Compliance within the department.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in managerial roles, with proven experience in strategy execution, operations, and financial management.
  • Education: BA (Hons) Psychology (mandatory) and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Skills: Strong background in Client and Stakeholder relationship management, knowledge of mental health, crisis support, and workplace behavior. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Qualities: Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Hours and Requirements

Monday to Friday (08h00 to 16h30). Overtime as and when required. Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential).
