You will play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors and driving strategic initiatives for the company. Your responsibilities encompass a range of activities related to investor communication, financial analysis, and corporate development.

**Qualifications**:

- Complete BCom Accounting
- CFA (Chartered Financial Accountant)

**Job description**:
Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Financial Modelling - such as compiling life of mine models for all operations and consolidate the LOM models with the financial models of the business, while updating them periodically according to changes made based on the market outlook and operational updates.
- Market Research - conduct research on macro-economic and commodity market trends, this needs to be done for both local and global markets.
- Provide feedback to management teams and preparing quarterly feedback on market trends.
- Reporting: prepare draft provisional and interim results, prepare the integrated annual report and co-ordinate the process of publishing the reports.
- Assist with managing the relationships with various stakeholders such as shareholders and potential investors.

Overall, you will be responsible for managing investor relations, analysing financial data, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the company's value proposition and support its long-term growth objectives.
