**Job Advert Summary**:
**Eduvos **is looking to employ the services of an Executive in the Office of the CEO on a permanent basis, to be based at our Eduvos Midrand campus.
**Prupose of the role**:
- We are seeking a qualified Executive in the Office of the CEO to work closely with our CEO to maximise her effectiveness, by assisting with daily Business Operations and Strategic Project / Programme oversight

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualification**:
- Relevant Postgraduate qualificiation in business administration or a similar field
**Experience**:
- 8+ years in a business management and / or management consultant and / or programme lead role
- 3+ years' experience in leading the operations of a function or / multiple function
- Experience in Higher Education Industry preferable
- Experience working and engaging at Executive and / or Board level
- Track record of organising and directing multiple teams / projects (In matrix structure)
- Knowledge and experience in strategic planning and execution
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Highly proficient in English (as a business language)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

As the Executive in the Office of the CEO, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
**Reporting**
- Create and manage dashboards
- Planning and preparing board / stakeholder / Executive presentations, reporting decks, and documents
- Prepares board packs, REMCO packs, A&R, etc
**Executive Communications**
- Together with marketing, sign off on CEO communication
- Planning business wide operational CEO communication e.g. townhalls / business updates, etc.
- Handle Client complaints
- Other external strategic external communications
- Deals effectively with student and sponsor challenges and communication
**Executive Assistance**
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records
- Together with PR and marketing, planning CEO external presentations, visitations and events
**Strategy / Strategic planning support**
- Plans and executes strategic planning sessions
- Assist in gathering strategic research / input for the CEO
- Prepares strategic presentations and other documents for the CEO
- Participates with the CEO and EXCO team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies
**Strategic programme / project managment**
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives Initiating, overseeing and completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
