**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire bid process from initial inquiry to submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Analyse bid documents, identify key deliverables, and develop a clear understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather the necessary information and resources for the bid.
- Develop and write compelling proposals, including technical and commercial responses, that effectively address client requirements.
- Coordinate and lead bid review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Prepare and manage bid budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process.
- Review and revise bids for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before submission.
- Maintain a library of bid documents, templates, and best practices to streamline future bid processes.
- Monitor and analyse the success of submitted bids, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance bid strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using bid management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of financial, legal, and commercial aspects of bids.

Pay: R15 000,00 per month
