Office Administrator

**Main purpose**
**Responsibilities and Duties of Office Admin**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Attendance of Bid meetings and other relevant meetings
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 2-3 years relevant experience in an Administrative environment
- Front Desk/Receptionist experience will be recommended
- Office Administration educational background or skills training.
- Fluency in English (Writing and Speaking)
**Skills required**
- Telephonic skills, Microsoft Office, Interpersonal skills, Excellent English writing and verbal skills. Interpersonal skills, Communication, Filing and Data entry. Computer literacy
**Salary**: R4,500.00 per month
