What will you do?
- Advertise vacancies on various platforms.
- Shortlist CVs from diverse channels, including MyWorkspace, referrals, and Careers24, etc.
- Prepare and share RGE lists with the assessment centre.
- Facilitate MIE Checks (with the understanding that training may be required for this individual).
- Organize and compile interview packs for relevant interview sessions.
- Coordinate interview schedules as needed.
- Assemble and organize onboarding packs for all newly hired employees.
- Provide assistance in drafting appointment letters.
- Support the digitalization effort by scanning and archiving old interview packs onto the HR drive.
- Offer aid with other pertinent HR tasks as required.
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience
- A completed HR degree or BComm Industrial Psychology degree
- No work experience required.
Knowledge and skills
- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
- Good basic IT/systems operations knowledge
- Financial Services Industry Knowledge
- Financial Services Product Knowledge (Sanlam and competitors)
