**Training Administrative Assistant**
Nature of Contract | 12 months Fixed term Contract
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client located in Kraaifontein, Cape Town within the IT academic industry. The Training Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all maintenance of administration relating to students, their attendance and their schedules while acting as the primary liaison for student queries and the resolution thereof. The Training Administrative Assistants goal is to provide admin support to the institution.
**Key duties include but are not limited to**:
- Checking in that all learners are present
- Calling learners who are not in class
- Updating the training project schedules and training calendar
- Uploading schedules
- Compile all correspondence of learners and upload them to the drive
- Editing attendance registers and uploading them
- Compiling attendance registers
- Sending out daily attendance reports
- Assisting with admin duties e.g., graduation certificates and other related asks
- Checking feedback forms and editing them
- Uploading marksheets
- Sending out reminders to learners
- Follow-up with students who have not submitted outstanding assignments
- Creating a WhatsApp group for new learner groups.
- Creating monthly folders and storing registers in monthly folders
- Log query for learners who request copies of their certification in online system and ensure its answered and provide feedback herein
- Follow through disciplinary procedures where needed
**Qualification and experience required**:
- Reside in or around the Northern Suburbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Business Administration or similar with ICT Administration.
- Transport and license are compulsory
- Pearson Exam proctor experience is advantageous
**Salary R8000- R10 000**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
