KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Learning & Development**
- Schedule training dates in accordance with the Hotel’s Annual Training Plan
- Book & prepare all requirements for venues & facilitators including room set-up, preparation of training material, AV requirements & Food & beverage
- Reconfirm participants
- Capture training registers in accordance with Cathsseta Mandatory Grant for Annual WSP
- Capture online WSP & DG processes
- Prepare monthly HR & training report
- Preparation of new employees Induction Packs & onboarding schedules
- Assist with intern programs
- Present internal training modules and assist with induction & onboarding of new employees.
- Remain updated on legislated changes with regards to Skills & development.

**HR Administration**
- Assistance with HR administration

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar HR position
- HR, Training & Admin Experience (Essential)
- Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Language - both written and spoken
- Sound interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding Grooming and Presentation
- Impeccable discretion and diplomacy
- Excellent public relations skills
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Hospitality experience advantageous
- Knowledge on BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, H&S & EE

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Grade 12 (Standard 10)
- Secretarial/public relations diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification an added advantage.
- Marketing and Advertising experience
- Knowledge of Opera an advantage
- HR Diploma / Certificate or National Qualification equivalent an advantage
