A Hotel siuated in the waterfron seeks to employ an experienced Personal Assistant with training and HR experience with the following essential requirements:
- A minimum of Grade 12 is essential
- Office Administration / Secretarial Diploma or related qualification
- Must have at least _5 years Executive PA_ experience ie as a SECRETARY within a hotel environment.
- Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Language - both written and spoken
- Sound interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding Grooming and Presentation
- Impeccable discretion and diplomacy
- Excellent public relations skills
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar 4* or 5* HR position
- HR, Training & Admin Experience (Essential)
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Hospitality experience advantageous
- Knowledge on BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, H&S & EE
- Highly confidential nature as will be dealing with sensitive information and be privvy to the inner workings of the hotel, must be a team player and be willing to jump in and help operations as and when needed.
- Must have some experience in training and HR administration.
