Training Administrator

The training department requires a training administrator to handle all administrative duties around the training department including managing schedules and training calendars, travel arrangements, and general coordination of the training department. This position is a critical support system for the training, marketing, and sales departments.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the company training calendar
- Managing the training schedules of all trainers in the company
- Booking and managing travel arrangements for all trainers who travel. This includes booking flights and accommodation
- Co ordinating all physical training events which include:
- Booking of venues for training events
- Keeping track of all delegates that have been booked for training events
- Issuing sales orders to accept training bookings
- Following up on training booking payments
- Sending all necessary information to delegates attending training events
- Packing of boxes for training events
- Setting up our training room before CPT-based classroom sessions, including all coordination that goes along with that
- Working with our digital design studio to arrange that training notes, files, and all other training documents are ready for training events adhering to deadlines for receipt of printed material
- Managing the training stock room and ordering stock where necessary
- Record keeping around training events
- Distribution and archiving of Training Certificates
- Making sure all data is captured after training events
- Making sure all data is sent through to global offices where necessary
- Booking of online training events
- Briefing in of studio artwork for online and physical training events for invitations
- Managing online recordings and uploading them to our cloud-based storage for representatives to access
- Distribute continuous and timeous updates to Sales Team regarding Training Invites for
Training events and workshops.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in the medical aesthetic or Skincare industries would be an advantage
- Previous administrative experience essential (3-5 years minimum)
- Fully comfortable working on all MS Office platforms including word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to manage various projects at once
- This job requires a self-motivated individual
- This is an office-based job with the option of working flexible hours (CPT based)
- This person must have the ability to plan, and they must possess excellent time management skills.
