**Front Office Administrator**

**R50 to R55 per hour in a 40 to 45 hour work week**

**12 month full time contract**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk, lock open & close offices, office admin and the company phone lines
- Keeping the offices clean and tidy and managing the sundry supplies
- Following up on tasks and managing the completion thereof,
- Prepare reports to aid department decision-making;
- Manage the scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation of meetings and appointments for the staff.
- Offer administrative support across the organisation;
- Deliver first time right service excellence;
- Ability to compile complex documents, develop templates and documents and consolidate information;
- Strong ability in organising events and assisting in engagement with peers and colleagues
- Process improvement skills

**Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proven work experience as an Administrator
- Proficiency in Linux or Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and in particular Excel);
- Excellent Time management (incl. early arrival and completion of tasks in time)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organisational skills (Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills (Listening and understanding skills, with solid written and verbal communication skills);
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Self-starter and must be able to work independently or in a group
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail; and
- Able to grow with the level of responsibilities and with the size and structure of the business.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an office / administrative - environment (COMPULSORY)
- Drivers licence (COMPULSORY)
- A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field will be an advantage
- Additional certification in Front Desk management/ Reception is a plus

**First round** - Criteria Selection, Assessment and Interview

**Second round of selection** - include skill assessments and/or job simulations

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration and/or Office Management: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)
