Assistant Front Office Manager - 4_ Hotel, Cape Town_*

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Support the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure excellent guest service standards are maintained, addressing any guest queries or issues promptly.
- Monitor reservations, room allocations, and ensure accurate guest records are maintained.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with front office administration, including reporting, budgeting, and team scheduling.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Recent experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4/5* hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Familiarity with front office systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
