Front Office Administrative Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, handling reception duties, and providing administrative support to the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the switchboard, receive calls, and relay messages
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and clean
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Manage access control, issue removal permits, and maintain records
- Arrange refreshments for clients, manage consumables, and maintain office supplies
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties, including filing and logging ServiceDesk calls
Requirements:
- Matric with exemption
- Tertiary education in an office or reception procedures course
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Information:
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
