A 4* Luxury Hotels is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to provide overall Front Office Administration with key focus on Debt Collection for Front Office and Conferencing Departments.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Follow up on payment for Group & Individual Accounts
- Follow up on Conferencing Account Payments
- Compile Front Office Month end reports
- Prepare all Group Arrivals and check Billing Instructions before departure
- Liaise across departments and with guests
- Manage all the administrative issues in the department
- May be requested to cover Duty Management Shifts

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality qualification beneficial
- At least 4 years previous front office experience in a similar position or at reception
- Knowledge of Fidelio Front Office systems would be advantageous
- Driver’s license advantageous
- Above average computer skills with excellent ability to work with excel
- An aptitude for figures and reconciliations
