My client based in Kyalami is seeking a hard working and dedicated HR Administrator to be part of their team
**Minimum requirements**:
- Grade 12 with HR knowledge, a National Diploma in HR is advantageous
- Relevant VIP Payroll training
- 3 to 4 years applicable experience in VIP Payroll
- Good HR assistance and general administration skills
- Advanced Computer literate
- Knowledge of VIP leave module
- Responsible for documentation regarding: New Appointments, Resignations, Retrenchments
- Preparing documentation and letters for salary and wage increases and for VIP Payroll
- Filing of all documentation on personnel files and other relevant files
- VIP Payroll and Administration
- Compile monthly Payroll file with all relevant documents and all calculations for employee deductions, medical aids, advances, increases, new employees, and resignations etc.
