Allmed Healthare urgently requires an Office Administrator to join their branch.

**Duties**:
Record minutes and distribute for meetings when required
- Responsible for filling of all documentation and maintaining the filling system
- Identify office needs (repairs / replacement of office equipment, office furniture and premises)
- Liaise with suppliers and obtain quotes - present for approval and manage process till end results achieved
- Monitor and record movement of equipment within the office and maintain the asset register
- Manage and maintain office equipment not in use or in storage
- Manage the professional and welcoming appearance of the office and ensure that effective housekeeping is maintained
- Supervise the Receptionist and Housekeeping staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Assist with reception duties and relief when required
- Assist with requests and projects within various departments as and when required
- Report on all activities and duties performed daily
- Manage and timeously assist with compliance with various Company functions (AHASA)
- Assist with Company events
- Liaise with Group IT and distribute communication to applicable parties
- Assist with special projects as and when required
- Data capturing, filling, and liaising on behalf of other departments when required.

**Requirements**:
Matric
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
