- 2 years’ full time experience in the Human Resource field
- Excellent Web Based System, CRM System, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Looking for a Human Capital Administrator based at Head Office, Claremont, Cape Town.

The Human Capital Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration of the Human Capital department.

Administer and provide support for accurate and timeous communication and assist in ensuring efficient processes and support the Human Capital department in the coordination and execution across all functions. The position will form an integral part in the Human Capital department and will therefore be involved in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
- Human Capital Administration Support
- Custodian of Human Capital Policies and Procedures
- Support the Staff Recruitment and On boarding process
- Support the People Development Strategy
- Administer the end to end process of Skills Development, WSP, ATR and Employment Equity Submissions
- Prepare monthly report with graphical data of department’s key functions
- Timeous Monthly Payroll submissions
- Administer Payroll (SAGE) i.e. Staff Leave on ESS
- Assist with Staff Welfare events when required
- Support Human Capital Manager with project tasks; when required

**Salary**: Up to R204,000.00 per year
