**Administrator: Deceased Estates **(Claremont, Cape Town)

We are looking a junior administrator for our Deceased Estates Department, with excellent technical and people skills, to join our team.

**Your General Responsibilities**:

- Administratively support the Deceased Estates Department
- Attending to any queries from the Masters office
- Placement of advertisements
- Reporting of the estate to the Masters office as well as all other relevant stakeholders,
- Ensuring that various stakeholders are in receipt of the liquidation and distribution account
- Compliance with all stakeholders’ requirements to ensure timeous receipt of information
- Drafting the liquidation and distribution account
- Ensure the full compliance of the administration process in terms of the Administration of Estates Act, current tax legislation, and any other applicable legislation as it may change from time to time
- Ensuring that all proceeds due to the estate are received timeously Completion of relevant documents for the transferring of assets
- Ensuring that all assets have been transferred before the estate can be finalized

**Your qualifications and skills**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Intermediate in Excel
- Proficient in Office 365 as well as the ability to learn and leverage new software quickly.
- A well-balanced individual with high EQ, good people skills and a warm, positive, stable disposition.
