Lexdan Select is assisting a SDR Outsourcing company with their search for an Office Manager, based in Claremont, Cape Town.
Functions:
- Responsible for managing financial operations such as invoicing, payments, and supplier management
- Provide assistance with the recruitment processes and new employee onboarding
- Ensure that the office environment is run efficiently, and this includes managing supplies and overseeing team event planning
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in an operational or administrative role
- Proficiency in financial administration, including invoices and payments
