**Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Reconciling of debtors and creditors accounts on a monthly basis
- Reconciling of Daily banking
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record for all debtors and creditors related matters
- Handling queries relating to debtors and creditors
- General administrative tasks
- Answering of switchboard

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-10 years administrative experience is required
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Debtors and Creditors required
- Confident, hardworking and trustworthy individual
- Able to work methodically, accurately and have attention to detail
- MS Office skills and computer literacy

Salary market related.
