Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. ole will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing appointments. You should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Administrative clerk
- Complex route planning via Google Maps
- Draft daily booking schedule
- Schedule bookings using online booking system
- Client service record keeping
- Client communication (feedback to queries, client relationship management, liaison)
- Staff communication (liaison)
- Service provider communication (stock order, arrange equipment maintenance, liaison)

**Requirements**:

- Administrative oriented
- Computer literate
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficient
- WhatsApp proficient
- Ability to use own judgment and to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Well organized
- Fast learner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with people
