Administrative Assistant

**DUTIES**
- General Office Administration.
- Dealing with clients on a daily basis
- Initiate the opening of customer accounts
- Administrative tasks as allocated by managers
- Assisting Managers with general work-related tasks
- Undertake day-to-day administrative support,
- Booking flights, Renewing car licenses
- Assist with auditing paperwork
- General filing of documentation (Invoices, Statements, Credit Notes, etc.)
- Compiling Daily, weekly and monthly reports
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Min 3 years experience in Office Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Xero Accounting knowledge will count in your favour, training will be given on all other programs that the company works with.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Must have own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
