A fast growing logistics company in Durbanville is seeking the services if a Creditors Clerk.

The job description is as follow:

  • Assisting the Accountant and Creditors assistant accountant in managing Creditors book:
  • Processing of Supplier invoices in Accounting system, matching to PO's and ensuring supporting POD's are attached
  • Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD's are received on a timely basis from transporters
  • Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod
  • Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant
  • Any other request by the Accountant or assistant accountant
  • Assisting the Accountant and Debtors assistant accountant in managing Debtors book:
  • Assisting with invoices and pod were required
  • Getting packages ready for collection
  • Arranging the courier when packages needs to be collected
  • Any other request by the Accountant or assistant accountant
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Maintaining company accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Telephone duties, this entail answering of directing call.
  • Buying of office supplies and other office requirement after the accountant has approved the quotation.
  • Assisting in annual audit by providing auditors with required information to verify accounts
  • Any other ad hoc duties required.

From R7,000.00 per month
