- Must be able to take ownership of tasks and running the office
- Managing the switchboard, answering calls and dealing with walk in clients
- Dealing with Technicians, Sales Representative and Management
- Coordinating full board meeting process
- General office management and assistance
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Strong Administration skills
- Experience operating in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication and organization skill
- Motivated and driven
