**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the reception switchboard.
- Manage reception area and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Help maintain workplace safety by managing Covid 19 screening at reception desk.
- Prepare the boardroom for meetings, including Covid 19 housekeeping.
- Organize catering for meetings.
- Receive and Dispatch small courier packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier
- Assisting with a variety of general administrative tasks i.e.; copying, faxing, binding of tender packs.
- Scan pods and upload on ERP system.
- Booking collection for mail from Post office - Sorting and distributing mail.
- Generate Purchase orders for office stationery/Paper and warehouse consumables
- Manage and reconcile petrol card slips.
- Manage leave forms.

**Requirements essential to this position**:

- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills and ability to liaise on all levels.
- Computer literacy - Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Good telephone skills.
- Ability to remain calm when interacting with others or in difficult situations.
- Good organizational and administrative skills and ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative and work unsupervised.
- Proficiency in English written and spoken.
- Good team player.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

**Advantages**:

- Previous experience working on an ERP system (i.e.; Acumatica, SAP, Pastel, Acepac, etc).
- Knowledge of covid-19 protocols.
