- The Accounts Receivable Team with the administration of Disputes and Data Base Administration supporting the Credit Controllers and Banking Team

**Requirements**:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispute Administration
- Assist in Daily Registration and Closing of Disputes after the verification process onto the System
- Support Dispute Administrator with the Creation of Proforma Invoices

Other Administration
- Assist with sending Customer Invoices and Statement Requests to Customers
- Validation of New Accounts by Contacting Customers confirming the Contact Person and Verifying Contact Details
- Investigate Jobbing Credit Balances Not invoiced
- Adhoc Requests made by the Accounts Receivable Manager and Team Leader from Time to Time

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

- Team player / collaborative / initiative / innovative/persuasive
- Highly developed communication skills (written / verbal/non-verbal)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets

- Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- Newly qualified Graduate in Finance/Business Admin
- Post Matric Qualification i.e. NQF level 5,6,7 etc
- Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
- Numerical acumen
- Computer literate - MS Office, Windows
