**Requirements**:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Daily Banking
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Receive and sort mail
- General administrative and clerical support
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
- Excellent Telephone Manner and Skills
- Must be customer focused / orientated - both external and internal customers
- Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
- Display initiative / be pro-active
- Have integrity / be reliable
- Self-confident / assertive
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal

- Problem solving / solution driven
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification an advantage
- Minimum 24 - 36 months of proven experience in similar role
- Computer literacy - MS Office, Internet tools, Internal RISA systems
