Our client in Claremont is looking for a Workflow Allocator with insurance administration experience and mailbox management experience to join their team.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent

BASIC SALARY : R11 000
START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Matric
- 1-year Insurance Administration Experience
- 6 months relevant mailbox management experience
- Intermediary MS Office skills
**DUTIES**:
- Correctly allocate and evenly distribute all incoming mail items received
- Ability to understand and comprehend the nature of requests received and to ensure that the task is assigned to the correct department for further processing
- Ensuring that your daily, weekly, and monthly allocation stats are achieved and maintained
- Ensuring that mail items are consistently allocated within the 2-hour stipulated turnaround time
- Responding to queries received within 24 hours of receipt
- Ensuring a high level of professionalism and service excellence when liaising with individual and corporate customers, intermediaries, and colleagues

- Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 17:00
