We have central support functions of Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing & Innovation in the Rentokil Initial Head Office locations and in the country.
**Requirements**:
To provide the HR department with administration support to enhance efficiency and control of internal HR processes and to champion the maintenance of personnel information on WORKDAY.
- Organize, compile and maintain personnel records such as leavers, job changes and new engagements on company HRIS (Workday) in line with audit requirements and liaise with regional capability leads for missing information
- Perform general administration duties for the Human Resources Office
- Answer or direct employees queries about HR related issues
- Provide support to payroll department by providing relevant employee information where necessary on a monthly basis
- Participate in HR projects/adhoc (as per HR Manager)
- Assist employees with confirmation of employment letters
- Manage and maintain Adobe Templates on Adobe for HR use
- Maintain master template for all contract formats on all work levels on HR drive and Adobe
- Collaborate with Capability Leads and payroll to ensure completed employee documentation as per HR Audit requirements (New Joiners, movements)
- Ensure all leavers have received all relevant forms, Certificate of Service etc as well as met all exit audit requirements
- Assisting employees with certificates of service
- Manage, collate and maintain expenses pertaining to HR
- Organise and assist with Employee Assistance Programmes
- Assist with Medical aid administration
- Book meetings for the HR Team

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric Qualification
- Certificate, degree, diploma or other relevant qualification relating to Human Resources
- Working knowledge and experience with HRIS, specifically WORKDAY
- Knowledge of principles and practices of office coordination
- Knowledge of basic principles and practices of record keeping
- Excellent command of the English language, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and principles of Human Resources Practices
