We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our entire end-to end HR function, including talent management, learning & development, employee performance & wellness divisions.

Strategic decision making is imperative to our company for us to hire, develop, and retain top talent, and will therefore be integral to this role.

The HR Executive will need to create channels of communication within the organisation & will be the main point of communication between employees and top-level management.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Involved in strategic decision-making pertaining to talent management, learning & development & HR
- Review & drive performance review process & procedures
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and adhered to
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software if needed
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Ensure health & safety protocols are adhered to
- Manage employee benefits, bonus, or incentive programs
- Review & manage employee wellness programs
- Involved in final decision making of employee hiring for mid-level & up

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manageror similar
- Familiarity with relevant Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, training, succession planning
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
- Must be willing to travel

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday 8h00am to 5pm with flexibility to support our business which operates 24/7.
