To provide strategic leadership and provide guidance of the organization's human capital and

facilities functions.

they are seeking a visionary HR Executive to lead their HR function and drive organizational success.

**Role Overview**:
As the Strategic HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and providing

leadership in a complex and dynamic sports environment. With your extensive experience in HR

leadership, including HR & payroll management, facilities management, and office administration,

you will lead the HR team with vision, insight, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop & implement (HCM) and provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR function, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational transformation in the sports management industry.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness within a sports management context.
Drive the business strategy and implementation thereof by providing holistic HR consultation, conducting business needs analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the sports management arena.
Oversee HR compliance and risk management specific to the sports industry, ensuringadherence to industry regulations, labor laws, and best practices.
Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and HRIS systems tailored to the unique needs of the sports management industry.
Direct facilities management and office administration functions to create an environment conducive to excellence and performance within the sports management landscape.
