Payroll Administrator Internship

Duties
- Assist the with any additional queries/ information
- for headcount, budgets, cost centre reports, etc.
- Supply payroll related information to internal and external stakeholders when required
- SARS Submission: EMP 201/ 501 (submission, cancellation and re-issuing of IRP5’s/IT3a’s)
- Workmen’s Compensation Submissions (ROE) - DOL, FEM, RMA
- Maintain employee filing system as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist Department of labour with any UI19 related queries
- UI19 & Salary schedules and exit documentation
- Compilation of data for EE reports, Workplace Skills plans and BBBEE
**Requirements**:
- Matric and post matric Diploma or equivalent
- Full Microsoft Word & Excel understanding
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Good at problem solving and thinking logically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with conflict/pressurized situations.
- Willingness to develop personal skills and take wider responsibility
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: R10 000,00 per month
