Finance and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Clerk to join our team at TWK Agri. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with stock takes.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with management to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function, providing high-quality support and assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Assist with monthly and year-end stock takes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including preparing reports, reconciliations, and other financial documents
- Assist management with queries and requests, providing timely and effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or related field (advantageous)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP
- Pastel Partner experience preferred
- Excellent numerical skills, with ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks as needed
