Assisting with all income tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF and SDL related queries
- Meeting with SARS or contacting SARS Call Centre to resolve client queries, objections to assessments raised, account queries and for any other purpose
- Completing and submitting objections to SARS
- Assisting with provisional tax returns
- Application of tax directives for retrenched employees
- Liaising with clients to obtain requisite payroll data to submit EMP201 returns, submission of EMP201 returns and setting payments thereof
- Liaising with client to obtain requisite payroll data for EMP501 reconciliations completion and submission of EMP501 returns and issuing of IRP5 tax certificates and motivation to SARS for refund of any overpayments or discrepancies on Payroll Taxes to clear statement of account
- Assisting with deceased estates, including liaising with Master of the High Court
- Application of tax clearance certificates
- Completion and submission of dividends tax data returns and dividends tax returns
- Bookkeeping using Pastel Acocunting
- Completion and submission of VAT returns to SARS
- Liaising with client to obtain all necessary information for the preparation of year end accounts and management accounts
- General administrative of the office
- Any other lawful instruction given to you by the Director.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R23 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 6 years (required)
- Accounting/ tax: 3 years (required)
