Job Description**JOB PURPOSE**:
To effectively provide administrative support to the Learning and Development including other teams within the Human Capital Department for a period of six (6) months.

**JOB OBJECTIVES**:

- To assist with administration of the learning management system and transition to the new HC system in compliance with regulations and audit criteria;
- To assist with transitioning of E-Learning courses, published learning material and recording attendance;
- To collate notes in team meetings and assist with project administration;
- To assist with administration of expense and financial forms such as PO, requisitions, liaising with suppliers regularly; and
- To provide regular support to other teams within Human Capital Department.
- Job Requirements**Qualification / Education Required**
- HR /HRD degree or relative disciplines

**Work Experience Required**
- 5 years’ strong admin experience in a similar role ideally within a training or HR function
- 3 years’ experience in learning management systems and HR data analysis.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects.
- An aptitude for numerical and data analysis.
- Good IT skills (MS Office) with some exposure to training and/or HR systems.
- Excellent organisational skills.
