**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**
- Leading the management and development of our current vendors and vendor teams across Africa._
- This role will report to the Managing Director_

**As the Vendor Alliances Director, you will**:

- Managing effective business relationships with current and new vendors
- Achievement of annual Vendor targets and ensuring effective business plans are implemented for each product and monitored
- Managing GTM activities for each vendor
- Introduce and review appropriate new vendors for our market as well as defining and communicating targets for the vendor Management team
- Conduct quarterly business reviews internally and externally
- Work closely with stakeholders to leverage our value-add solutions to drive sales

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

**The ideal Vendor Alliances Director**:

- Exceptional leader with the ability to motivate a medium-sized team to produce the most value from our vendors
- Demonstratable experience of working with vendors in the IT security sector
- Exceptional product knowledge and understanding with the ability to translate this knowledge clearly to others
- Effective problem solver with the ability to identify improvements and opportunities to drive value for Exclusive
- Good networking skills and connections within the IT security sector
- Good organisational and people management skills
