**The role is within the Business Transformation & Shared Services division of Retail affluent.**

**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Core Tasks**:

- Secretarial support to the Chief Operating officer for Sanlam Life and Savings requiring a very effective PA that is:

- Excellent diary management.
- Time and priority management.
- Meeting management with accurate collation of agendas and documentations for timeous distribution of management meeting packs.
- Converting, combining, and sharing of meeting documents
- Assist in arranging venues, catering, equipment, and other logistics for meetings.
- Arrangement of video conferences.
- Assisting in all logistics of special events, information sessions, conferences etc.
- Payment of invoices
- General office administration
- Assistance with presentations

**Role Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Secretarial diploma

**Experience**:

- At least 7 years secretarial experience at an executive level.
- Business etiquette compatible to functioning as an executive PA.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Experience in supporting people that operate at an Executive level

**Knowledge**:

- Very diligent and autonomous in managing calendar and office activities
- Understanding of Business communications methods and processes.
- Business knowledge will be to your advantage.
- An understanding of the Sanlam structures, business functional areas will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in collaborating with other PA at the same level
- Have experience in independently and self-initiated communication and engagement with executive leadership.
