Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) - Real Estate

Location: Bellville, Cape Town

**Salary**: R11 000 - R14 000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join a Real Estate company. As a PA, you will provide administrative and secretarial support. You will be responsible for managing calendars, setting up appointments, updating current CRM and related administrative responsibilities + telephonic canvassing

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who is looking to join a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Create and manage CRM workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing client communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Age 33+
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive and tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- 2+ years Experience in the Real Estate industry
- CRM management experience is a bonus, but not a must.
