**The Purpose of your role**:
A human resources admin assistant is a key member of the team who supports the planning, coordination and delivery of human resource activities for the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support & arranging the booking of training and facilities for learning and development.
- Providing a reliable point of contact for human resource matters and queries
- Producing and maintaining accurate records and reports through our HR tools
- Help ensure compliance training is adhere to with accurate reporting
- Providing administrative support to the wider human resources team where required
- Complete process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Support coordinating onboarding and inductions for new hires working with the wider HR team

**What you also need to know**
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours will be core UK hours - 9am to 5.30pm (GMT)
- You’ll be working under our Onboarding & Training Manager

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month
