Job DescriptionPersonal Assistant/HR Administrator

This role requires a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our Executives and manage various HR tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
    • Maintain Executives' calendars and ensure they are kept fully aware of their diary commitments.
    • Prepare and maintain expense reports and setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
    • Answer telephones, handle queries, and perform general clerical duties.
  • HR Tasks:
    • Manage SETA, full recruitment cycle, including job specs, and handle employee queries.
    • Prepare employee files, documents, and commission for payroll submission.
    • Draw reports from the system, head counts, leave, medical aid, union, pension fund, and manage roll over leave reports and letters.
    • Arrange medical aid applications and withdrawals, provident fund applications and withdrawals, and handle termination of employees.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
