**Position: General Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all lodge operations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain high standards for service and customer experience.
- Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with department heads on operations and innovation.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the lodge.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Plan and execute special events and activities.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ** Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with lodge services.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure consistent quality in lodge operations and guest services.
- ** Staff Training & Development**: Implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service.
- ** Cost Control**: Manage lodge budgets to meet financial targets without compromising quality.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to increase lodge revenue.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations.
- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
- ** Event Planning**: Successfully plan and execute special events and activities.
- ** Marketing Initiatives**: Implement creative marketing strategies to promote the lodge.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar field is advantageous.
