**Position: Head Butler**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all butler services to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain high standards for service and guest experience.
- Manage and train butler staff to deliver outstanding personalized service.
- Assist guests with their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a bespoke experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for guest services.
- Plan and execute special events and private functions.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ** Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with butler services.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure consistent quality in butler services and guest experiences.
- ** Staff Training & Development**: Implement effective training programs to enhance butler performance and service delivery.

- ** Revenue Growth**: Support strategies to increase lodge revenue through enhanced guest services.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations.
- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
- ** Event Planning**: Successfully plan and execute special events and private functions.
- ** Guest Personalization**: Ensure personalized services that cater to individual guest preferences.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Butler or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar field is advantageous.
