**Position: Spa Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all spa operations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain high standards for service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train spa staff to deliver outstanding personalized wellness services.
- Collaborate with therapists on treatment development and innovation.
- Ensure the spa is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for guest services.
- Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ** Guest Personalization**: Ensure personalized services that cater to individual guest preferences.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of spa trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Spa Management or a similar field is advantageous.
