**Position: Deputy Food and Beverage Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Help develop and maintain high standards for service and customer experience.
- Support in managing and training food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage areas.
- Help create and implement marketing strategies to promote the lodge’s dining experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and catering services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ** Guest Satisfaction**: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with food and beverage services.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure consistent quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- ** Staff Training & Development**: Implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service.
- ** Cost Control**: Assist in managing food and beverage costs to meet budgetary requirements without compromising quality.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Support the development and execution of strategies to increase food and beverage sales.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations.
- ** Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
- ** Event Planning**: Assist in planning and executing special events and private functions.
- ** Marketing Initiatives**: Help implement creative marketing strategies to promote the lodge’s dining options.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Deputy Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and hospitality best practices.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar field is advantageous.
